This 1 hr practice will allow individuals to make space for themselves and their grief during the season we are in. Participants will flow through different yoga poses and movement exercises that sync with and balance the energy of our external and internal environments. This practice is more focused on the emotional body as opposed to physical strength and flexibility, and will include time for reflection at the end.
*No previous yoga experience required. Can be done from a mat or a chair.
*Please bring a yoga mat, water, and whatever other props you need to make you the most comfortable.

Virtual May Flowing with Grief Weekly Practice
Wednesdays 7-8pm EST

(Practice will be recorded for those who can't attend live)

This 1 hr practice will allow individuals to make space for themselves and their grief during the Spring season. Participants will flow through different yoga poses and movement exercises that will encourage regeneration, increased energy, and renewal. This practice is more focused on the emotional body as opposed to physical strength and flexibility, and will include time for reflection at the end.
*No previous yoga experience required. Can be done from a mat or a chair.
*Please bring water and whatever other props you need to make you the most comfortable.

Join Kelsey for 4 weeks of connecting with your grief through movement, breath, and the body. Each week engage in a gentle movement experience followed by reflection and conversation surrounding a different theme relating to the grief process. This practice is more focused on the emotional body as opposed to physical strength and flexibility.

Virtual 6 Week Grief Support Group
Ripples of Courage
Tuesdays 7-8pm ET
May 7th - June 11th

$245 Includes all sessions
This 6 week grief support circle will take place each season and include movement, journaling, grief psychoeducation, sharing, and connection.
​
Group will always begin with the ritual of lighting a candle for our person/people who died. Participants are invited to have a candle, a journal, a cup of tea or hot water with lemon, and anything else that feels cozy/comforting/grounding with them during group meetings.
Details:
This group is for anyone who has experienced the death of someone important to them and is looking for more holistic and body based grief support (Ages 18+).

We understand that life happens and there may be certain dates you are unable to attend. Therefore, participants are not required to attend each week, but it is highly encouraged to receive the benefits of being in a consistent supportive community.

Participants will flow through different yoga poses and movement exercises that will allow one to connect to their feminine energy and honor the mother figures in our lives who have died. This practice is more focused on the emotional body as opposed to physical strength and flexibility, and will include time for reflection at the end.
*No previous yoga experience required. Can be done from a mat or a chair.
